# Deployment Options

GRAX runs in several deployment models that differ in where infrastructure runs and who operates it.

In every model, your Salesforce data is stored in your own bucket and the GRAX Application updates itself automatically every weekday. Trials can also use GRAX-hosted storage for an easier start.

## Platform Trial Limits

* Trial deployments are deleted when the trial completes, along with any GRAX-hosted data.
* GRAX Archive isn't available during a trial.
* Each team can provision one trial.
* The trial option disappears once the team has any other deployment.

## Choosing

* **Evaluating GRAX:** start a Trial.
* **No infrastructure to run:** use GRAX Cloud.
* **Production in your own cloud, operated by GRAX:** use GRAX-managed.
* **Full control of the infrastructure:** use Self-managed.
