GRAX Transition to Salesforce API Version 61

This change is now completed for all applications.

What's being done?

GRAX is updating all applications to leverage version 61 of the Salesforce API.

Why is this being done?

This update ensures ongoing compatibility and enhanced performance.

How does this impact me?

Updating to version 61 will introduce new objects and fields that were not available in previous versions. As a result, you may receive new Missing Field Permissions Notifications if GRAX lacks the necessary permissions for these new objects/fields.

To ensure these new objects/fields are backed up with GRAX, please verify that the GRAX Integration User has the appropriate access.

If you have the Auto Fix Missing Field Permissions Issues Setting enabled, missing field permissions will automatically be resolved.

How do I determine which Salesforce API version my GRAX Application is using?

Login to the GRAX Application > navigate to the Settings tab > click on the Salesforce Connection tab > The Salesforce API version is displayed under the Integration User details:

GRAX will update all backends to use version 61 of the Salesforce API by April 30, 2025.
