The exchange of secure messages is sometimes required as part of the standard GRAX Support process. This becomes necessary when confidential or sensitive information needs to be shared between parties.
Customers initiate these exchanges by emailing GRAX Support requesting a secure link be provided to upload the message and/or files as needed.
GRAX handles these exchanges via a support case with email from GRAX Support including a link to SendSafely. These links can only be opened by the contacts that GRAX explicitly adds to the SendSafely message, and automatically expire after 2 weeks.
Any sensitive information that comes in by other means is suspicious and should be ignored and reported to your security team and the GRAX security team.
